You will be sent sent a confirmation of registration by email. Payments are processed in UAE dirhams or US dollars and registration fees must be paid in full to confirm your registration. We reserve the right to deny any incomplete registration. Once registration is complete, an invoice will be issued and sent to the attendee.
Cancellations will be accepted until April 2, 2012, with a refund of all prepaid fees, less a $50 cancellation charge. Cancellation notification must be sent in writing. After April 2, 2012, no refunds will be made. Confirmed registrants who do not participate, or who cancel after March 2, 2012, will forfeit their entire registration fee. GISTEC reserves the right to cancel an event if the minimum registration is not met. If the event is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Customer may at no additional charge substitute an alternative attendee for the event, provided that a written notice has been given to GISTEC prior to close of registration.
