Online & Cloud GIS

ArcGIS Online is a platform for creating and sharing GIS maps, apps, and data—providing access to critical information throughout your organization. With an ArcGIS Online subscription account, individuals publish and share maps through My Hosted Maps. In this track, you will learn how to publish maps directly to ArcGIS Online, then access those map services from different components of the ArcGIS system. This track will also teach how to take advantage of online GIS to provide:

• Improved collaboration among teams and departments
• Capabilities that offer on-demand, self-serve mapping
• Making geospatial content accessible to a greater number of people within your organization or the general public, creating new insights and opportunities
